In stock items are shipped directly from our store in Texas on a daily basis via USPS and/or UPS. If an item is out of stock, a small delay in shipping is to be expected. International shipping is available.
Tack may be returned or exchanged for any reason as long as it has never been used on a horse or damaged in any way. Customers have 7 days upon delivery to return the item to receive a full refund (minus the original shipping fees) or to exchange for a different item. Include a note in the box explaining reason for return/exchange or email: firstname.lastname@example.org. If an exchange is needed, customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
